The Gateway Companies are comprised of Gateway Management, Gateway Development, and Gateway Construction.
The Gateway Companies were formed in 1986, including Gateway Management Company, for the primary purpose of providing conventional and affordable housing through development, property management and asset management for the properties owned by the principal in the Company. Gateway currently manages over 220 properties, including our third-party partners, consisting of over 18,000 units throughout the Southeastern United States, with expansion plans to the Midwest and Southwest. We have over 350 employees and are still growing!

Gateway Development Corporation was formed for the purpose of developing and constructing multi-family apartment properties throughout the Southeastern United States.
CONSTRUCTION
Gateway Construction provides oversight and supervisory services to third party construction companies, architects, and designers.
Third-Party Management
With two corporate offices and regional offices in 10 states, serving over 75 markets in the southeastern United States, Gateway currently manages conventional and affordable multifamily apartment communities ranging in sizes up to 400 units. Conventional market rate property management has come on strong for Gateway in large Southeast and Midwest markets during recent years. Gateway Management Company is ranked in the Top 25 LIHTC Housing Management Companies in the United States. This prestigious group of management companies is recognized annually by the National Affordable Housing and Management Association. Our business model enables us to manage properties of all types in downtown, suburban and rural markets.
