Director of Training
Current Responsibilities
Toni currently serves as Director of Training for Gateway Management Company, based in Birmingham, Alabama where she is responsible for creating and overseeing training programs that help establish and maintain Gateway’s best and most talented employees. She assists and enforces all required property management training, as well as creates, updates, and maintains all training materials, policies, and procedures. Toni focuses immensely on identifying where training is needed and developing a program that supports her efforts and the internal growth of the company.
Relevant Experience
Since the beginning of her career with Gateway in 2011 as a property manager, Toni has had the opportunity to experience many aspects of the company. She has worked under and side by side with several of the industry’s well-respected individuals, gaining experience and knowledge from each and everyone. Toni was promoted to Lease-Up manager in 2021 and then again in 2023 to her current position of Director of Training. Each promotion offered her the opportunity to grow and develop her skills and a valuable understanding of the property management industry.
Education/Affiliations
Toni has obtained her education from the challenging School of Experience. Spending many hours researching and exploring the multiple aspects of this forever changing industry. She obtains and retains experience and knowledge from her respected colleagues and individuals in the property management industry. She has learned to adapt and develop to keep up to date, and to be an asset to the industry she loves and respects
